Training is an integral part of our contractual obligations to ensure the success of both parties involved. Recognising the significant impact of well-trained staff on overall performance, MSP mandates comprehensive training sessions for all Back Office and Head Office users. Prior to installation, during, and after, users undergo a rigorous three-day training program, with sessions lasting 1.5 hours each day. Additionally, an undefined TLC period post-installation ensures personalised support from specialist trainers, smoothing the software’s operation for retailers.

During training sessions, we meticulously address all options and parameters desired by the retailer, covering approximately 150 different settings. To supplement training, we provide retailers with instructional videos, offering additional resources for independent learning.
